As a Board Certified Coach and Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, I empower professionals to take ownership of their careers and create more fulfilled lives. My work with mid to senior level clients allows them to define what they value most, own their strengths and achieve clarity in their next career steps, whether that is seeking career advancement opportunities internally or exploring new career options.

Having worked in various industries and types of roles, I have the unique ability to understand multiple sectors and collaborate with corporate partners from start-ups to F100 companies.
My career and leadership coach journey began as a student in the college career center. After a career in non-profit organizations and higher education, I pursued coaching by completing the Executive Coaching Certificate from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, a top-ranked global Organizational Behavior department, which emphasized Intentional Change Theory and Emotional Intelligence.
I have personally made multiple career pivots and sought out internal advancement opportunities which gives me a perspective that serves my clients. Clients also find me relatable as a working parent who balances family and career every day.
